What products does DHAMRA supply?

Our current focus includes solar and DC water pumps, residential and commercial energy storage products, BMS solutions and selected integrated solar power products.

Do you support OEM or ODM orders?

OEM or ODM options may be available for selected product lines and qualified quantities. Please send your market, expected volume, specifications, branding and packaging requirements for review.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ varies by model, configuration and customization scope. Some standard products may support small trial orders. The applicable MOQ will be shown in the quotation.

Can I request a sample?

Sample availability depends on the product. Tell us the model, intended test and destination country so we can confirm availability, cost and delivery options.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Please provide the product or application, key specifications, quantity, destination country, required delivery time and any certification or customization needs. For projects, drawings, load profiles or site parameters are helpful.

What certifications are available?

Certification varies by product and market. Ask for documentation for the exact model you plan to purchase. Certification claims should be verified against the model number and current certificate before ordering.

What is the production lead time?

Lead time depends on product availability, quantity, configuration and season. We confirm an estimated schedule after the final specifications and commercial terms are agreed.

Which payment and shipping terms do you offer?

Available terms depend on order value, product and destination. The quotation will state the payment schedule, Incoterm, packaging and shipment scope. Import duties and local clearance should also be confirmed by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

How does warranty and after-sales support work?

Warranty duration and coverage vary by product. The final quotation or warranty document will define the term, exclusions and support procedure. Keep product labels, serial numbers, installation records, photos and operating data when reporting an issue.

How quickly will you reply?

We aim to respond to complete business inquiries within 1–2 business days. Complex technical projects may require additional review.
