Maintenance and upkeep:
1. This water pump can achieve maintenance free operation under normal working conditions (dry and ventilated environment, no abnormal load, water quality standard), but it is necessary to focus on water quality cleaning and control to avoid hidden faults caused by water quality problems:
2. If there is any risk of frost or freezing damage, please close the inlet valve and open the discharge valve to drain the water in the pump. When using again, please close the discharge valve and open the inlet valve, and confirm that there is water in the pipeline before starting the water pump
3. In summer or when the ambient temperature is high, please pay attention to ventilation to prevent electrical parts from producing dew, which may cause electrical faults.
4. All maintenance operations (such as cleaning the filter screen, draining accumulated water, and inspecting electrical components) must be carried out after a complete power outage. Live operations are prohibited to prevent electric shock;
5. When handling frozen and high-temperature components, protective gloves (anti freezing and anti scalding) should be worn to avoid direct contact;
6. If faults such as pump body cracking, electrical component burning, or impeller jamming are found during maintenance, it is prohibited to disassemble and repair them by oneself. It is necessary to contact the brand's after-sales service or professional technical personnel for handling to avoid the expansion of the fault;
